Problem:
Even though we don't tighten these covers very much, sometimes they seem to get stuck. Didn't want to get pliers wet, so created a 'wrench' that can't rust.

Solution:
This part is a small 'wrench' that makes it much easier to get those stuck covers loose. It's red on purpose so you don't lose it in the pool toy bucket and it floats!
